  • Whether cooking hot & fast or low & slow, the Gateway Drum Smoker gives you total temperature control thanks to dual adjustable air intake pipes and an adjustable top exhaust pipe. A center-mounted 3-inch custom dial thermometer displays temperatures, inside the barrel, from 100 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit so you can smoke, grill, sear and bake juicy, fall-off-the-bone meals in as little as 2-4 hours.
  • The included 17 1/2-inch stainless steel cooking grate provides 306 square inches of cooking space inside the barrel and can be mounted in two different cooking levels using grate pegs welded inside the drum, or you can add an additional cooking grate for a maximum capacity of 612 square inches (available for purchase separately).
  • A removable, half size fire basket holds 3 to 4 pounds of natural lump charcoal. Fuel can be saved & reused when smoking Hot & Fast! User-friendly design with an elevated, hinged lid allows for extra room.
