Questions About This Product

Q:The last person asked why there is no information or reviews of this grill and the answer was because it was a fairly new model and hadnt been in the market long. Well, another year has passed, and still no reviews or videos about this grill which is very strange. I really want to get one, but want to know peoples actual experience with it and why it is almost $1000 than other built in grills such as recteq 1300, traeger timberline, or even Yoder. - asked February 20, 2025, 11:42 am

A:The Memphis Elevate is a fairly new pellet grill and has yet to truly be reviewed online as of yet. However, we have sold a handful of these units, and customers love them.

Q:I am interested in the Memphis Elevate.Does the Memphis app allow you to only monitor the temperature, or does it allow you to adjust the temperature? - asked September 19, 2024, 7:53 am

A:We hope you're doing well! The controller allows you to do many things, however, this unit also operates via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Using the app, you can adjust, as well as monitor the temperature of the unit.

Q:Can this be used not built in, ie can is sit on a concrete countertop 18" off the ground? I have a lower "shelf" that was originally built for use with a traeger but am considering switching to this. - asked September 10, 2024, 9:13 am

A:Yes, if you wanted this to sit on a shelf you could, you'd just need to understand the dimensions and ensure that it fits the opening. Thank you!

Q:Where is the grease tray? - asked August 29, 2024, 8:06 pm

A:On the bottom of the unit.

Q:I cant tell from the pictures, Where is the pellet hopper? Is it in the front, back, picture's, Where is the pellet hopper? Is it in the front? - asked August 16, 2024, 7:57 am

A:The hopper is located on the front of the unit.

Q:I'm interested in buying this grill for a new island outdoor kitchen I having built. Have people liked this grill? Not much on the internet about Memphis Grills especially this model. Do you have any reviews on it? Is there anything else that compares? - asked March 18, 2024, 5:24 pm

A:Hello! Yes, it is a fairly new model and hasn't really been in the market for too long. However, from the few that we've sold, customers love it.
