  • Please check with your local gas supplier to determine gas pressure requirements. It is essential that you check three things.
  • Match the pressure of the regulator to the pressure of your oven.
  • For example, if you’re in the USA, Ooni pizza ovens are 28mbar, therefore you need a 28mbar gas regulator.
  • The connection on the propane tank to the regulator.
  • There are two types - screw and push-on.
  • The clips for connecting the hose to the oven match.
